XDP forms to Dynamic HTML

I have a number of forms I made in ES4 and want to output them as HTML so users on my website don't get the errors for the wrong version of acrobat when they display just as a PDF.

How do I get a PDF I created or saved as an XDP onto my website?

I might just not understand the forums or steps so far.

I am a single user and don't have a webserver (aside from my website) so if there are intermediary steps, I'd be grateful for direction.
