Changing the body of the email in a Livecycle Form

I've looked for this answer elsewhere but never found anything that would work.

How do you change the text of the email that appears when you use the "Submit by Email" button? I cannot find the text in the HTML to change it and I'm not good at programming languages anyway. Is there any way to do this that won't get me an error message?
