Autofill form data using excel document

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a form which will auto fill certain text fields on the form with data from an excel document.

Opportunity Name: Drop down box (List content found from excel doc)

Once "opportunity name" is selected, it will then fill the following fields:

Date:

Location

I'm using Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0.

I've tried searching everywhere but still can't find anything.
