Dynamic Form Subform flow

I have a 2 page form with several tables that expand with the Add Row button.

I need the sections below it, to flow down the page as the table expands.

I'm new to the subform concept, but I'm a little confused....

I have the first page as a flowed SF, then a positioned SF, then the different sections are all positioned subforms on the page.

I have tried moving all the sections into a flowed subform on top of the positioned, and it didn't work either.

The form properties | Preview section says Dynamic XML Form

and the form itself is saved as Adobe Dynamic XML Form.

In the pictures attached, I have Page 1 showing how I used the Positioned inside the Flowed and in Page 2, just the positioned ones.

I know this is very confusing!  I know I'm forgetting something...
