How to add pages with some floating fields

Hi everybody

Here is a light file. I have to use some floating fields in my business cards because the user is supposed to type several lines in the function fields. All others fields are OK !  But these two are reluctant. I can't add some pages which have to be sorted (French + English, and so on...)

Any help would be very appreciated
