Create a list on another page based on checkbox selections

I am very new to Livecycle and need a little assistance.

I have created a form with approximately 50 checkbox selections.

I want to be able to create a list on another page that shows all of the checkbox selections and to print them out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
