Simple FormCalc equation not working

I'm trying to do a simple formula hours1.rawValue = hr0.rawValue + hours.rawValue, an entire "Row2[0]" row isn't working for some reason. It won't auto populate the ".rawValue" as well as work in general. Any help would be great.
