I have been going through such, such trouble with adobe products trying to get information for their products. The actual number to contact an actual person is 1-800-497-0335. But this is one person that will transfer you to an email help address. No good. The number you NEED to really talk to someone is 1-800-585-0774!!!! This is never supplied by the company.
