Multiple check boxs activated with one "group" check box?

I have made up a form (Designer 9.0) that uses 16 groups of check boxes controlling math functions with 10 to 12 check box functions in each group.

I wish to add a check box that will click all boxes with in each group as well as all check boxes in the form.

I have been using "Action builder" to put this all together but can not find an option in that area that will allow me to set this up as I wish. I have added a check box to "Clear All" but have run short on figuring out the "Click All" that I want.
